Pancakes with sour cream? Delicish!
4 eggs
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup cake flour
2 cups sour cream
3 Tablespoons sugar
Mix all ingredients until well blended, or even in a blender if you choose.
